You won't feel hungry between meals...

Avoid low blood sugar, dizzy spells and cravings the following day by eating a wholesome dinner from the approved foods. 
Don't skimp on the quantity, rather exclude all refined carbohydrates, alcohol, soft drinks(drink water) and include meat, fish or poultry with a green salad, olive oil, ground nuts and vegetables like spinach/cabbage or asparagus.

Fresh spinach leaves
Fresh lettuce
Fresh cucumber, celery, green asparagus, raw green beans
1/2 an onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon of honey(optional)
Fresh lemon juice or wine vinegar(dark/light)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup of finely ground pecan nuts or almonds

Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, honey and wine vinegar - shake well before use. Add basil, coriander and parsley if preferred.

Cut fine strips of spinach, cucumber and lettuce.

Mix together in a bowl. Add the onion.

Sprinkle with salad dressing and add nuts to taste.

Best when eaten with/before dinner. May be added to any meal as per the meal plan.
